Return & Refund Policy

We want every LIVIGEND piece to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at contact@livigend.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition and with any original packaging or tags.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@livigend.com as soon as possible with:

- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a short description of the issue

We will review the case and help resolve the problem.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
